WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
We make our terrain from resin, latex, or high-density styrene, - sometimes a mix of two or three of these materials.
Our latex products are made from a high quality compound, so they will not rip, chip, break, crack or tear.
The resin products are made from a high-grade resin compound, which is strong and lightweight.
The terrain boards are made from high-density styrene, and coated with a compound to give added strength and durability. The boards are strong, durable, lightweight, and realistic.
CAN I USE YOUR SCENERY WITH MY EXISTING PIECES??
Yes. Miniature World Maker scenery pieces can be used on their own or alongside other items of terrain.
ARE YOUR ROADS FLEXIBLE?
Yes they are.
ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS PAINTED?
The majority of our products are painted, flocked, and ready to place on your wargame table and play.
Only the ones listed specifically listed in the section - UNPAINTED ITEMS - need painting.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE PAINT COLOUR ON THE TERRAIN?
Easy. Simply paint over the existing paint - but the paint must be acrylic. The colour of the flock can also be changed by applying wood glue, then covering with flock of your choice.
DO YOU CARRY STOCK OF YOUR PRODUCTS.
No. With more than 900 product codes in our range, we do not have enough room to keep a stock of items.
Orders are made up as and when received.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We can accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES?
Sorry, no, except for Australia.
These take far too long to clear through the banks. Our customers would rather not wait for weeks on end for their new scenery.
IS IT SAFE TO SEND MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS OVER THE INTERNET?
Yes. If you use our secure ordering system, your credit card details are perfectly safe.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?
All our charges are in Australian dollars.
DO I HAVE TO CONVERT MY CURRENCY TO AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS?
No, your credit card company will do all that. However you can see approximately how much the product will cost in your own currency from the prices shown on our page for your particular area. But please, check exchange values before purchasing.
WHAT ABOUT THE FLUCTUATIONS IN THE EXCHANGE RATES.
These vary daily, often only slightly, but they do not affect the prices we charge in Australian Dollars. The prices shown are the prices charged.
However, the daily fluctuations DO affect how much an overseas customer will pay for the product. It just depends on the rate of exchange at the time the bank processes the transfer of funds.
WILL I BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY ON PLACEMENT OF MY ORDER?
No. Usually we charge when we are about to make up your order. The parcel will be shipped perhaps two or three days later, depending on the size of the order, and the items involved.
CAN I BE CHARGED WHEN I PLACE THE ORDER? IT MIGHT BE BETTER FOR ME AS FAR AS EXCHANGE RATES ARE CONCERNED.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY PARCEL TO ENGLAND?
All our prices include postage as long as minimum order requirements are met.
Minimum order requirements are:
Australia.........$60.00
New Zealand..$60.00 AUD
Asia................$60.00 AUD
USA-Canada....$65.00 AUD
UK/EUROPE....$70.00 AUD
WHAT IF THE ORDER VALUE IS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR FREE FREIGHT?
Then the customer is liable for the postage charges.
However, we will always give the customer an estimate of the postage first, and the option of whether or not they wish to continue with the purchase.
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Our products are usually sent by Australia post.
Overseas orders are sent by air mail.
SO, HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
We usually advise that delivery can be expected within three weeks in Australia, and approx. four weeks overseas.
