WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO?
We ship world-wide.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Because of the nature of our product, it is very difficult to predict exactly what weight your parcel will be. Also, obviously, the larger the parcel, the cheaper the postage becomes per kilogram in weight. So, we have added a percentage of the order value to give you an idea of what the maximum postage will be. However, all postage on parcels will be charged at cost, as long as the minimum postage requirements are met.
SO, WILL I PAY MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE SHOWN?
No, you will never be charged more than the estimate, even if the actual postage is more. We will absorb the difference.
WHAT ABOUT THE MINIMUM CHARGE FOR POSTAGE AND PACKING? AREN'T SOME OF THESE A LITTLE HIGH?
Perhaps, but we don't have any control over the minimum postage that the post office
charges. There again, we would adjust the shipping charges if necessary.
SO, YOU DON'T MAKE MONEY FROM THE SHIPPING?
No, not a cent. We're in the business of making a good quality product for an affordable price. That's all we are interested in.
WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
That is optional. If you feel you would like to insure your parcel, please email us and we can give you a quote.
CAN YOU GIVE ME A MORE ACCURATE ESTIMATE FOR THE SHIPPING I CAN EXPECT TO PAY BEFORE I SEND MY ORDER IN?
Certainly. Just email us with a note of the items you are interested in, and we will work it out as best we can.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
We make our terrain from resin, latex, or high-density styrene, - sometimes a mix of two or three of these materials.
Our latex products are made from a high quality compound, so they will not rip, chip, break, crack or tear. They are painted with non-toxic acrylic paints, and flocked with Woodland Scenics blend.
The resin products are made from a high-grade resin compound, which is strong and lightweight.
The terrain boards are made from high-density styrene, and coated with a compound to give added strength and durability. This process has been patented.
The boards are strong, durable, lightweight, and realistic.
All paints used are non-toxic.
CAN I USE YOUR SCENERY WITH MY EXISTING PIECES?
Yes. Miniature World Maker scenery pieces can be used on their own or alongside other items of terrain.
WHAT ABOUT THE LEVA PRODUCTS YOU MAKE. WHAT ARE THEY MADE FROM?
Our Leva products are currently made using latex rubber, but this will change in the future. 6mm items will continue to be made in latex, but 15mm and 20mm items will be made in either latex or resin, or we may offer some of them in both materials,
ARE YOUR ROADS FLEXIBLE?
Yes they are.
ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS PAINTED?
Yes, our products are painted, flocked, and ready to place on your war-game table and play.
IS YOUR PAINT COVER HARD-WEARING?
Definitely! We find that the longer the paint is on the material, the harder it is to remove. When we want to remove the paint, we wash the items in the washing machine, or if that fails, we have to scrub it with wire wool.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE PAINT COLOUR ON THE TERRAIN?
Easy. Simply paint over the existing paint - but the paint must be acrylic. The colour of the flock can also be changed by applying wood glue, then covering with flock of your choice.
DO YOU CARRY STOCK OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Usually orders are made up as and when received. However, we do have a limited stock of some items.
With more than 900 product codes in our range, we do not have enough room to carry a lot of stock.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We can accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES?
Sorry, no, except for Australia. These take far too long to clear through the banks, and overseas cheques also incur substantial fees and charges.
IS IT SAFE TO SEND MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS OVER THE INTERNET?
Yes. If you use our secure ordering system, your credit card details are perfectly safe.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?
All our charges are in Australian dollars.
DO I HAVE TO CONVERT MY CURRENCY TO AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS?
No, your credit card company will do all that.

WHAT ABOUT THE FLUCTUATIONS IN THE EXCHANGE RATES?
These vary daily, often only slightly, but they do not affect the prices we charge in Australian Dollars. The prices shown are the prices charged. However, the daily fluctuations DO affect how much an overseas customer will pay for the product. It just depends on the rate of exchange at the time the bank processes the transfer of funds.
WILL I BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY ON PLACEMENT OF MY ORDER?
No. Usually we charge when we are about to make up your order. The parcel will be shipped perhaps two or three days later, depending on the size of the order, and the items involved.
CAN I BE CHARGED WHEN I PLACE THE ORDER? IT MIGHT BE BETTER FOR ME AS FAR AS EXCHANGE RATES ARE CONCERNED.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Our products are usually sent by Australia post. Overseas orders are sent by air mail.
SO, HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
We usually advise that delivery can be expected within three weeks in Australia, and approx. four weeks overseas.
